additional information on how to affiliate

As of 4-1-2022 there are 2 fully affiliated leagues registered with MSA. One is in St Louis, Missouri and the other is in Rogers, Arkansas. Contact the MSA Registrar if you want the contact information for either of these leagues.

To affiliate, without forming your own 4+ team league, you have to contact an existing league and ask for their requirements to join.

Only registered assignors for affiliated leagues have access to USSF registered referees.

The supplemental player insurance is the biggest benefit of USASA affiliation.

By playing in an affiliated league your team is eligible to compete in USYSA National cup competitions, as well as affiliated tournaments.

Only approved league registrars can get access to the current registration platform through the state registrar.

Leagues may submit their own player data files to MSA for registrations as long as all the following are present in the required electronic format;

Player's last name
Player's first name
Player's D.O.B.
Player's gender
Player's unique email address
Player's complete mailing address
Player's privacy selections (optional, leave empty if none)
Player's league
Player's assigned league team
If under 18, a Parent/Guardian's last name
If under 18, a Parent/Guardian's first name
If under 18, a Parent/Guardian's email address

Player registrations/signup must flow through the league. Each approved league will be given unique access to the current electronic registration platform by the MSA registrar
